The in-house à la carte restaurant, Den Hvide Dame (The White Lady), is named after a ghost which apparently still roams the grounds of Hindsgavl. However, guests won't be spooked by the cuisine. The dishes are made from fresh, seasonal ingredients picked in the hotel's own herb garden.
